Blogmas 2013: Advent Calenders

Maybe it's as simple as that I'm American, but for some reason, I've never had an advent calender. When I first had the idea to instill more Christmas spirit into this December, the first thing I did was buy Dan and I each an advent calender.

Mine is shaped like a teeny tiny house! How amazing is that?! Dan's is a little more classy and classic.

And it's a dieter's dream. One tiny chocolate a day? I look forward to eating that tiny chocolate with Dan every evening.

Next year, with a little more notice, maybe one of those beauty ones where you get a little sample of something everyday? For me, not so much for Dan...
